ProAlpha's Acquisition of Curecomp Software Services

E+H has advised the shareholders of Curecomp Software on the deal while Sidley Austin LLP and Herbst Kinsky advised proALPHA Group.

As reported in CEE Legal Matters and in others online publications Curecomp Software completed the sale of the company to the ProALPHA Group.

Curecomp is a Linz-based provider of Software-as-a-Service solutions for digitizing and automating operational and strategic procurement processes in the manufacturing industry.

The E+H team included Partners Alric Ofenheimer (Picture), Clemens Lanschutzer, Jana Eichmeyer, Andreas Zellhofer, Helmut Liebel, Associates Joseph Moser and Johannes Helm.
