Privet Fund’s Three Board Seats at Synalloy

Privet Fund won the proxy contest obtaining the election of three of Privet Fund’s director nominees, Christopher Hutter, Benjamin Rosenzweig and John P. Schauerman, to Synalloy’s Board of Directors at the company’s 2020 Annual Meeting.
