Primax’s $68 million and $38 Million Notes Offering

Primax executed its offerings of $68 million and $38 Million notes on Lima stock exchange.

Credicorp Capital, Scotiabank and BTG Pactual acted as initial purchasers on the offering.

PRIMAX S.A. operates fuel service stations. The company distributes and commercializes fuels and crude derivatives. Its products include gasoline, diesel fuel, car lubricant, VNG, and LPG.

PRIMAX S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Romero Trading S.A.
