Simmons & Simmons has advised Invesco Real Estate on the deal.
American firm Invesco has sold six of its Basque Country (Northern Spain) hypermarkets, and its Puente de la Ribera shopping centre to Pradera, for €130 million.
Invesco is an American independent investment management company that is headquartered in the United States, with offices spanning 20 countries. The grocery portfolio was successfully sold to Pradera, one of Europe’s leading specialist retail property fund and asset managers.
The Simmons team was led by real estate partner Alfonso Fernández-Puebla (Picture), together with Real Estate supervising associate David Gómez Cubillo and Real Estate associate Sara Moreno in Madrid advised Invesco on the significant portfolio sale, which totalled 53,500 square metres of gross rentable area.
