Kirkland advised Pollen Street Capital (“PSC”), a fund manager focusing on investments in the financial and business services sectors, which closed its third fund, PSC III, on 14 February, 2018.
Pollen Street Capital (“PSC”) reached the final closing of PSC Fund III, with commitments raised in excess of £400 million. PSC Fund III targets lower mid-market investments in European Financial Services businesses where there is opportunity to deliver transformational growth by leveraging PSC’s extensive experience and professional network across the financial services sector.
Pollen Street Capital is a private equity firm specializing in mid-market investments. The firm invests in financial service companies. The Firm, led by Lindsey McMurray, Julian Asquith, Johnathan Moyes, Magnus Christensson and Nicola Walker, is based in London.
