Polesine S.A. – operating as a subsidiary of Akuo Energy Uruguay S.A.S. and de Cubico Sustainable Investments Limited – reached the $82 Million financial closing for its 50,4 MW Wind Farm project in Florida (Uruguay).
The electricity generated by the project will be supplied to the National Electric Network administered by UTE (National Electric Power Generation and Transmission).
Export Development Canada and Caixabank S.A. acted as lenders on the transaction and BBVA Uruguay S.A. acted as Financing Agent.
