PlayAGS, Inc.’s $185 Million Common Stock Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering of 5,500,000 shares of common stock of PlayAGS, Inc. priced at $29.25 per share (NYSE: AGS), resulting in gross proceeds of $185,006,250.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Jefferies, Macquarie Capital, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Nomura, Stifel, SunTrust Robinson and Humphrey acted as Joint Book-Running Managers.

The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholder. PlayAGS did not sell any shares and did not receive any proceeds from the offering. PlayAGS is a leading designer and supplier of electronic gaming machines and other products and services for the gaming industry.
