Plank Hardware’s £2 Million Series A Investment Round

Marriott Harrison advised Beringea LLP on the deal.

Beringea acted as lead investor in a £2m Series A investment into the innovative home décor brand Plank Hardware.

Tom Revill and Annie Aveyard, who founded Plank Hardware in 2019, will now be joining the Beringea Portfolio. Since 2019, Plank Hardware has been leading the way in the home décor market with its trend driven hardware tapping into the DIY boom.

Tom and Annie have particularly been able to break into trends amongst newer generations and the inclination towards home renovation projects. The popularity of such projects have been expanding rapidly due to working from home now being the new norm. Plank Hardware offers their customers the ability to take control of their renovations, accessing in trend and stylish hardware. Plank Hardware customers are given the ability to become their own interior designers through hardware that makes renovation projects both trendy and enjoyable.
