Places for People’s new £300 Million joint venture with Universities Superannuation Scheme

Places for People (PfP) finalized a new £300 Million joint venture with Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS).

The joint venture between PfP and USS will predominately invest in the UK’s private rented sector. The initial investment of the joint venture will be a portfolio of residential assets valued at £150m spread across the UK that includes a range of modern, mid-market properties, with a high occupancy rate. It is intended that the joint venture will acquire further private rented properties and developments in the UK.
