Phoenix Tower Participações’s $45.8 Million Loan

Phoenix Tower Participações secured a $45.8 Million Loan from International Finance Corporation. Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of towers in Brazil.

Phoenix Tower owns, operates, and develops mobile telecommunications towers in Brazil. Phoenix Tower was formerly known as T4U Holding Brasil S.A. The company, led by Hagai Porat, João Evangelista de Oliveira, José Carlos Teixeira and Braulio Augusto Oliveiro, operates as a subsidiary of Phoenix Tower International LLC.
