Pharma Integration S.r.l.'s Acquisition Of A Majority Interest In SKAN AG

Rucellai & Raffaelli advised Italian start-up Pharma Integration Srl and its founders in the acquisition of 100% stake in the company. The seller SKAN AG was assisted by Brandstaetter law firm.

Based in Siena, Pharma Integration designs and integrates systems, instruments and data collection dedicated to injectable products and new drug generation using robots and isolator technology. Founded by experts in aseptic process, it is located in an Italian Pharma Park and introduces real innovation on the pharma equipment production chain.

SKAN, founded in 1968, is one of the pioneer companies in the field of cleanroom equipment and isolator design for the global pharmaceutical industry. Innovative products, customer-specific solutions and an efficient service organisation have led SKAN to become a global market leader and important partner for industry and research laboratories.
