Stroock represented pharmaceutical leader Pfizer Inc. as the anchor tenant in a recently signed 20-year office lease for its new global headquarters in the Hudson Yards section of Manhattan.
Pfizer will occupy over 800,000 square feet of space on 15 floors in The Spiral, a 2.8 million square foot tower being built by Tishman Speyer at 66 Hudson Boulevard.
Pfizer will relocate its global headquarters from 235 East 42nd Street to The Spiral and expects to begin occupancy in 2022. Stroock is also representing Pfizer in connection with the intended sale of its current headquarters on 42nd Street.
