Petrus Advisers Ltd sells their stake in conwert


Petrus Advisers Ltd sells their stake comprising approximately five million shares in conwert, a company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

German firm Vonovia (formerly Annington) recently announced a takeover offer for conwert shares.

The conwert shares were bought by German-listed property company ADLER Real Estate, thus increasing its stake in conwert to more than 25 %. The transaction volume was around 70 million euros.

Petrus Advisers Ltd is an FCA-regulated entrepreneurial investment firm headquartered in London. It manages investor capital with a view to long-term value increases and invests in European stock markets, with a particular focus on the German-speaking region.
