Personalis, Inc.’s $155 Million Initial Public Offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters on the $155 million initial public offering by Personalis, Inc. Personalis acted as legal counsel to Personalis.

The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “PSNL.”

Personalis is a growing cancer genomics company transforming the development of next-generation therapies by providing more comprehensive molecular data about each patient’s cancer and immune response. Personalis’s NeXT Platform is designed to adapt to the complex and evolving understanding of cancer, providing biopharmaceutical customers with information on all of the approximately 20,000 human genes, together with the immune system.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., Cowen and Company, LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as underwriters on the deal.
