White & Case LLP has advised Pernod Ricard on the transaction.
Pernod Ricard, the number two worldwide producer of wine and spirits, executed the acquisition of the remaining stake in gin producer Monkey 47.
Pernod Ricard acquired a majority stake in Monkey 47 during 2016, and has now acquired the remaining stakes held by its founders, including Alexander Stein, who will continue to advise Monkey 47 on its ongoing development.
