Pentair Finance S.à r.l.’s $400 Million Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, in connection with the $400 million registered senior notes offering of Pentair Finance S.à r.l., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pentair plc.

Pentair plc is a global water company, delivering a range of smart, sustainable water solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and agriculture applications. The Company’s solutions enable people, business and industry to access clean, safe water, reduce water consumption, and recover and reuse it.
