PCPD Capital Limited’s $800 Million Guaranteed Notes

Conyers, working alongside Linklaters, provided Bermuda and Cayman Islands legal advice to PCPD Capital Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited in connection with its issue of an aggregate amount of US$800 million 5.125% guaranteed notes due 2026 which are guaranteed by Pacific Century.

Pacific Century and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the development and management of premium-grade property and infrastructure projects as well as premium-grade property investments.
