Patria Investments Limited’s Initial Public Offering

Patria Investments Limited (“Patria”) executed the offering of Class A common shares at a price to the public of US$17 per share, raising an aggregate of approximately US$588 million in gross proceeds, including approximately US$263 million pursuant to a secondary offering by Blackstone PAT Holdings IV, L.L.C., an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. Patria’s Class A common shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “PAX.”

Patria is one of the leading private markets investment firms in Latin America in terms of capital raised with over US$7.8 billion raised in the past five years.
