Pathzero’s $1 Million Seed Investment

Gilbert + Tobin advised Pathzero on its $1 million seed investment.

Pathzero is a pioneering emissions management platform that enables small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) to measure their carbon footprint, reduce their impact, and share their carbon neutrality all through a self-serve web application.

The company is a success story of the Antler global start-up generator program, which facilitates early-stage venture capital for start-up companies.

This latest round of investments was backed by Antler, Black Nova Group and former Australian Ethical Investment chief executive Phil Vernon, along with former Westpac chief executive Brian Hartzer and former GetUp! director and activist Simon Sheik.

G+T partner and head of Fintech practice Peter Reeves (Picture) advised the startup.
