Choate represented Trinity Partners, LLC in its investment from Parthenon Capital Partners.

Parthenon Capital Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, executed an investment in Trinity Partners, LLC, a leading commercialization strategy and analytics firm that partners with life sciences companies to help bring innovative treatments to market. The current Trinity management team will continue to lead the organization post-closing.

Terms of the investment were not disclosed. Baird acted as exclusive financial advisor to Trinity in connection with the transaction.
