Palmerston Regional Hospital project

Clayton Utz advised the Northern Territory (NT) Government Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics on Palmerston Regional Hospital project

Jointly funded by the Australian and Northern Territory governments, the $170 million project has delivered a 116-bed hospital facility with 24-hour emergency care. The hospital is also equipped to commence providing on-site radiology, pathology, pharmacy, general medical, ambulatory care, and outpatient services in the coming months, complementing the current services provided by the Royal Darwin Hospital.

A national Clayton Utz team, led by Darwin-based partner Margie Michaels (Picture), has advised on the project since its inception in 2014. The team includes partners Marko Misko and Saul Harben and senior associate Gavin Phillips.
