Palatine Private Equity’s Investment In Veincentre Limited

Gateley advised Palatine Private Equity on its investment in Veincentre Limited, the UK’s leading clinic specialising in state-of-the–art treatment for varicose veins.

The funding from Palatine’s £100m Impact Fund, which targets companies with a social and/or environmental impact, will be used by Veincentre to provide more affordable specialist treatment to people. A decrease in NHS funding in the sector has made the need for lower cost procedures even more important.

Veincentre is a Specialist Medical Centre for the Treatment of All Varicose and Thread Veins using Gold Standard Minimally Invasive Techniques.

Palatine Private Equity is a partner led private equity company with a focus on investing in businesses based in the regions of the UK.

Gateley partner Rebecca Grisewood (Picture) led on the deal and was supported by legal director Kate Richards, senior associate Leigh Whittaker and solicitor Imogen Cox.
