White & Case LLP has advised P4 sp. z o.o. on the offering.
P4, the operator of Poland’s biggest mobile network Play, executed the issue of seven-year unsecured B-series bonds for the total nominal value of PLN500 million.
This is the latest bond issue in P4’s Bond Issue Program that has a total nominal value of up to PLN 2 billion.
Play Communications S.A. owns all the shares in P4, the operator of the Play mobile network.
