Macfarlanes has advised the senior management team and majority shareholders of M7 Real Estate on the deal.

M7 Real Estate sold the UK-headquartered real estate investment firm to Oxford Properties, the real estate arm of Canadian pension fund OMERS.

M7 will continue to operate under the day-to-day management of its existing leadership team.

The Macfarlanes private equity real estate (PERE) group led the project, helmed by corporate and M&A partner Justin Hope (Picture) with assistance from senior consultant Robert Porter and solicitors Kathryn Jarvis and Andrew Wheelhouse.
