Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd. v. Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc.

The full Commission ruled in favor of Oxford Nanopore by affirming summary determination of noninfringement by Oxford’s nanopore sequencing technology in a patent infringement investigation brought by Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc.
