Jones Day has advised Oxenwood Real Estate in its £27.4 million sale of a prime logistics facility in Runcorn (at Aston Lane North on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate) to Atlantic Leaf Properties.
Oxenwood Real Estate has made its first disposal selling a prime logistics facility in Runcorn let to DHL Supply Chain for £27.4m, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.25%.
The firm, which was founded two years ago by two London & Stamford directors, Jeremy Bishop and Stewart Little, sold the 651,410 sq ft unit to Atlantic Leaf Properties. It was sold through Oxenwood Catalina, a joint venture between Oxenwood Real Estate and Catalina Holdings.
The recently refurbished facility, located at Aston Lane North on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate, is let in its entirely to DHL Supply Chain and operates as a ‘multi-user’ facility servicing retail based contracts.
DTRE acted for Oxenwood Catalina, CBRE acted for the purchaser.
