Latham & Watkins advised ORIX Corporation (ORIX) on its US$60 million investment in the holding company of Dianrong (Dianrong) through ORIX Asia Capital (OAC), its wholly owned investment vehicle in the Greater China region.
Founded by Soul Htite, co-founder of LendingClub (LC), the first and largest Peer-to-Peer lending platform in the US, Dianrong is a leading online marketplace connecting millions of borrowers and lenders from China.
