Ambos has assisted Orelia Group in the acquisition of “Le Jardin Intérieur”.
“Le Jardin Intérieur” is a retirement home in Frasnes-lez-Anvaing. The acquisition was directly followed by a sale and lease back of the real estate by way of a contribution in Aedifica’s capital.
