Nestlé SA finalized the sale of its North American bottled water business to private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners LLC, in partnership with Metropoulos & Co. The brands to be sold, which include Pure Life, Poland Spring, Deer Park, Ozarka, Ice Mountain, Zephyrhills and Arrowhead, are valued at more than $4 billion.
