OMV Aktiengesellschaft’s €1 Billion Bond Offering

White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Mizuho International plc and UniCredit Bank Austria AG on a €1 billion bond issue by OMV Aktiengesellschaft. It is the largest bond issue in the Austrian market for 2017.

The notes have a term of nine years, a fixed coupon of 1% and will be admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.

OMV AG explores and refines crude oil and natural gas. The company, led by Rainer Seele, Johann Pleininger and Reinhard Florey, is based in Vienna.
