The offering represents the third issuance of financial notes by Omni (Financial Notes), which has been in the market for over 25 years as a solid and recognized institution with one of the best credit services in Brazil. With exclusive agents throughout the country, Omni has consolidated its position as one of the main players in the financing of used vehicles and retail credit, expanding its operation in several segments to serve consumers with less access to credit, who seek better conditions both personally and professionally.
Innovative, Omni constantly invests in technology and new ideas to transform trends into products and business, including partnership with other players in a range of related fields, such as microcredit segment, online credit granting platforms and digital solution for credit cards.
In unique series, 5,737 unsecured Financial Notes were issued, being object of public offering on a best efforts basis, released from registration pursuant to the new CVM Resolution No. 8, which came into force in February 2021, with a nominal unit value of BRL 50,000.00 and the total amount of BRL 286.500.000,00.
Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and UBS Brasil CCTVM S.A. acted as coordinators of the offering (with Banco Itaú BBA S.A. acting as lead coordinator).
