Octopus Australia’s Acquisition of Dulacca Wind Farm

Octopus Australia completed the acquisition of the Dulacca Wind Farm in Queensland, Australia, from RES.

The Dulacca Wind Farm is Octopus Australia’s first wind farm in Australia and the largest in the Octopus Group’s portfolio. This is an important project which will make a significant contribution to the Queensland Government’s target of 50 percent renewables by 2030.

The Dulacca Wind Farm is located in the Western Downs Region of Queensland approximately 250 km west of Toowoomba. Supported by a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with the Queensland Government owned CleanCo, the project will comprise 43 wind turbines and produce 180 MW of clean renewable power.
