Occidental Petroleum Corporation is an international oil and gas exploration and production company. Proceeds of the offering were used to finance the acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi acted as Occidental’s financial advisors. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP provided legal advise to Occidental.
