Nuvei’s $425 Million Initial Public Offering

Nuvei Corporation executed its initial U.S. public offering of 3,450,000 subordinate voting shares, including 450,000 subordinate voting shares pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. 

Nuvei’s subordinate voting shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “NVEI” and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “NVEI.”
