Nuvei Corporation’s $805 Million Initial Public Offering

Nuvei Corporation executed its initial public offering of 30,961,539 subordinate voting shares for an aggregate amount of approximately $805 million. The subordinate voting shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Subordinate voting shares sold to U.S. investors were sold in a private placement in the United States in accordance with Rule 144A.

Nuvei is a global provider of payment technology solutions to merchants and partners in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
