NSE Academy’s Acquisition of a Majority Stake in TalentSprint

IndusLaw advised Talentsprint Private Limited and the shareholders Santanu Paul, JA Chowdary and Madhu Murthy Ronanki, and Nexus Ventures in the deal, while Economic Laws Practice (ELP) represented NSE Academy.

NSE Academy completed the acquisition of majority stake in deep tech education firm TalentSprint.

TalentSprint Educational Services operates as an educational institute. The School offers integrated education service and programs in software engineering, software testing, infrastructure management, embedded systems, and other information technology learning programs.
