Norvestor’s Acquisition of Pinja Group Oy

Norvestor VIII SCSp announced the acquisition of Pinja Group Oy. With this transaction, Norvestor invests in industrial software and digitialisation services by partnering up with Pinja for its next growth phase.

Norvestor is a private equity firm that has for more than 25 years partnered with Nordic businesses.

Pinja is a Finland-based digital transformation partner for industrial companies and digital society with approximately 450 employees. Pinja combines strong sector expertise within manufacturing, forestry and bioenergy & recycling with technological delivery capabilities and provides mission critical, end-to-end solutions for its customers. Operating in a still emerging and rapidly growing industrial digitalisation market, Pinja’s solutions enable significant efficiency improvements within customer operations. Along with its blue-chip customer base Pinja has presence in more than 30 countries.
