Nordlo’s Acquisition of Acon


Cirio has advised Addcap on its sale.

Nordlo, a leading Nordic IT and digitalisation partner, acquired Acon AB with operations in Lycksele and Umeå. This acquisition sees Nordlo enhancing its position in the Nordic IT market.

Acon, a provider of IT operations that was founded in 2001, has seen strong growth and has for several years in succession won the “Supercompany” award from the business magazine Veckans Affärer. The company currently has 54 employees at two locations, and more than 200 clients all over the country in areas such as retail, SaaS and manufacturing industry. Acon’s offering, which centres around IT operations at a fixed price, is very much in line with Nordlo’s offering in the field of digitalisation for every day and the future. With great personal engagement, Acon delivers and develops IT solutions at a fixed price for companies with strict IT requirements in the Nordic region. Acon has its registered office in Lycksele with an office in Umeå and 54 employees, with annual turnover of just over SEK 89 million.

The IT company Nordlo was formed in 2018 through a merger of Zetup, Office IT-Partner, Dicom and Norwegian company IT total. The Group has acquired several companies since 2019. With a focus on advice and local presence, Nordlo has positioned itself as a strong Nordic challenger in the areas of cloud services, infrastructure and digitalisation for both national and international organisations. With 690 employees based at 39 locations in Sweden and Norway at present, Nordlo has annual turnover of SEK 1.3 billion.
