Nordic Capital has acquired 70% of the shares in the Danish software firm, Siteimprove, from the brothers Morten and Niels Ebbesen and the private equity fund Summit Partners.
Siteimprove, which is one of the leading businesses within digital optimisation of websites, was founded in 2013 by Morten Ebbesen. The sellers are the brothers Morten and Niels Ebbesen and the private equity fund Summit Partners, who invested in the company in 2015.
