NIBC Bank N.V. (“NIBC”) financed a data center in Hamburg, Germany, acquired by Penta Hamburg GmbH, part of Dutch infrastructure fund Penta Infra Group (“Penta”).
The Hamburg data center is part of a chain of German data centers in which Penta Infra has invested and the fourth such transaction financed by NIBC and advised on by WFW.
NIBC is a Dutch commercial bank whose corporate banking activity range from advising, structuring, financing to co-investing across debt and equity in north west Europe with a dedicated sector team for digital infrastructure.
