Nexters’ $1.9 Billion Merger with Kismet

Nexters Global Limited (Nexters or the Company), a Cyprus-based mobile and social game developer and publisher, and Kismet Acquisition One Corp. (Kismet) (Nasdaq: KSMTU), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) have entered into a definitive business combination agreement (the Transaction) that will result in Nexters becoming a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under a new GDEV ticker. The Transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021.
