New Rose Investment Limited’s $200 million 4.5% guaranteed Senior Notes

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Bermuda and BVI law advice to S E A Holdings Limited in connection with US$200 million 4.5% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2020 issued by New Rose Investments Limited and guaranteed by S E A Holdings Limited with Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., MUFG Securities EMEA plc and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers.

S E A Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0251) is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in property businesses. The Company operates through three segments. The property Development segment is engaged in property development in Hong Kong and China. The property Investment segment is engaged in property investment in Hong Kong, China, Australia and Britain and the hotel operation segment is engaged in hotel operation in Hong Kong.
