New Holland Capital’s Investment in Integral ILS

Appleby advised Integral ILS Ltd., in connection with a significant cornerstone investment from alternative investment manager New Holland Capital (NHC), bringing secured commitments up to $600 million.

ILS fund manager Integral ILS has received a cornerstone investment from alternative investment manager New Holland Capital (NHC).

The $600 million investment includes an unspecified number of additional smaller allocations from investors that are as yet unnamed.

In addition to its investment, NHC will provide strategic support to Integral as it grows its operations.

Integral ILS is a start-up insurance-linked securities (ILS) fund manager. Integral’s strategy is primarily focused on catastrophe-linked insurance and reinsurance transactions.

New Holland Capital primarily serves as an investment adviser to certain pooled investment vehicles.
