Networki2i’s US$500 Million Rule 144A/Reg S Subordinated Perpetual Bond Offering

Bharti Airtel’s subsidiaries, Networki2i, issued a US$500m 3.25% Rule 144A/Reg S subordinated perpetual bond with a guarantee from Bharti Airtel.

Bharti Airtel Limited, also known as Airtel, is an Indian multinational telecommunications services company based in New Delhi, Delhi NCT, India. It operates in 18 countries across South Asia and Africa, and also in the Channel Islands. 

i2i is a submarine telecommunications cable connecting Chennai, India and Tuas, Singapore. It was completed in April 2002 and is fully owned by Bharti Airtel after Singtel divested its interest in 2007.
