Nessus Hoteles Perú’s $50 Million Notes Offering

Nessus Hoteles Perú, doing business as Casa Andina, executed its offering of $50 million 5,187% notes due 2035.

Scotiabank Perú S.A.A. and Scotia Sociedad Titulizadora S.A. acted as underwriters on the offering.

Nessus Hotels Peru, owns and operates a chain of hotels in Lima, Chincha, Nazca, Arequipa, Colca Canyon, Puno, Suasi, Cusco and the Sacred Valley. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Lima, Peru.
