Nemak’s $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP epresented Nemak, S.A.B. de C.V. international bond offering.

The offering involved the issuance of $500 million of 4.750% Senior Notes due 2025 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The offering was the first high-yield debt issuance by a Mexican corporation in 2018.

BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as underwriters.

Nemak, S. A. B. de C. V., together with its subsidiaries, produces and sells aluminum components for the automotive industry in North America, Europe, and internationally. The company, led by Armando Tamez Martínez and Alberto Sada Medina is based in Mexico.
