The environmental technology company Nederman has signed and completed a deal to acquire 100% of the shares in English company Energy Save Systems Ltd.
Energy Save Systems develops and sell unique software and hardware for monitoring and control of filter systems, that among other things reduces energy consumption, decreases environmental impact and improves filtration performance.
The acquisition price on a cash and debt free basis, amounts to approximately GBP 1.5 million, with a potential maximum earn-out payment of GBP 1.5 million based on development of the business in the 24 months following closing, and is funded by cash and existing bank facilities. Energy Save Systems Ltd’s turnover and profitability are not currently material for the Nederman group.
