National Response Corporation acquires Water Truck Services, Inc.

Jones Day has advised J.F. Lehman & Company in the acquisition by portfolio company National Response Corporation of Water Truck Services, Inc. (WTS) of Sherwood, OR.

The acquisition of WTS will bring additional waste treatment and disposal capabilities to NRC’s business in the Pacific Northwest.

Founded in 1987, owner Bob Jonas has built WTS into a trusted service provider to the Portland, OR area. The WTS facility in Sherwood, OR has an enclosed transfer station with full containment capabilities with the capacity to fully process all waste product on site. In addition to waste transfer and disposal services, WTS offers sweeping, vacuuming, and other specialized environmental services.
