Cravath represented Mylan Inc. in connection with its $1.5 billion 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering. Mylan Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mylan N.V.,

Mylan NV is a global generic and specialty pharmaceuticals company. The Firm, led by Heather Bresch, Rajiv Malik and Kenneth S Parks, in 2017 recorded $11.907 Billion Revenues.

The transaction closed on April 9, 2018.
