Allens has advised Multiplex on the successful close of the $1.5 billion New Footscray Hospital Project. Plenary Group was assisted by Clayton Utz. Also Minter Ellison was involved in the project.
The Victorian Government has provided up to $1.5 billion to deliver a new Footscray Hospital – the largest ever health infrastructure investment in the state.
The New Footscray Hospital is a critical community asset that will help address the increasing demand from Melbourne’s booming western suburbs.
The new Footscray Hospital is expected to open in 2025.
